Drainlaying & excavation
We lay new drains and fix old ones, and we run our own digger — which means no waiting on a separate contractor and no finger-pointing if something goes sideways. We’re also self-certifying for drainage and drainlaying, so the sign-off doesn’t sit in a council queue.

Septic systems
Out of town there's no main to connect to, so the septic system is the whole waste system — and if it's wrong you'll know about it. We install complete systems from scratch and replace tired ones: tank, field, pipework and sign-off.
We size the system to the house and the ground it's going into, dig it with our own digger, and being self-certifying for drainage and drainlaying means we issue the paperwork ourselves. One team from the first hole to the certificate.

We certify gas and plumbing in caravans, motorhomes and tiny homes — the certificates you need for a warrant, for your insurer, or to sell it on with everything in order. Being self-certifying means we can issue them ourselves, so you're not booking an inspector and waiting.
