Plumbing
Leaking taps, burst pipes, blocked toilets, hot water cylinders, new bathrooms and general maintenance. If water goes through it, we can fix it.
Gasfitting
LPG and natural gas, califonts, cooktops, gas fires and bottle installs — fitted and certified by a qualified gasfitter.
Drainlaying
New drains, blocked or broken lines, stormwater and septic connections. We have our own digger, so there's no waiting on a contractor.
Septic systems
Complete septic installations and replacements for rural properties — tank, field and pipework, sized to the house and signed off by us.
Excavation
Trenching, site works and water or waste lines. Handy when the problem is under the lawn rather than under the sink.
New builds & renovations
Full fit-outs from slab to sign-off, residential and commercial. We'll work in with your builder and keep to the programme.
Caravans & tiny homes
Gas and plumbing certification for caravans, motorhomes and tiny homes — the paperwork you need for warrants, insurance and selling up.
Fire installation
Wood burners and gas fires, flues, wetbacks and the council paperwork that goes with them. Sorted before winter, ideally.
We sign off our own work — so you're not waiting on council
We're self-certifying for drainage, drainlaying and gasfitting. In plain terms: the compliance paperwork is issued by us, on the spot, instead of going into a queue at council for an inspector to come out and look at it.
That usually saves weeks on a job, and it's one less thing for you or your builder to chase. Fewer delays, no extra consent fees, and the certificates you need for your records handed straight to you.
Health and safety trained to Site Safe standard — which means we can work on commercial and managed sites without holding anyone up.
